Link Building

The second form of Internet Marketing is link building where we either pay for a high-profile link on another website or exchange links. Exchanging links with related but not competing sites can be a good way of generating traffic as it is free but it can take a while to find appropriate partners and it does mean giving away some of your high-value website real-estate.

Social Networking

Newer forms of internet marketing include article writing, blogging and social networking – talking about your site on other sites such as Twitter or creating a fan page on Facebook. All of these have their merits and all generate good quality traffic but they can also be time-consuming.
